Privacy at a glance We are Musikforum Rheinland e.V., the controller under GDPR. This page explains, in plain language, what data is processed when you visit this website — and what isn't. What we collect • When you open this site, our hosting provider stores technical information in server logs (IP address, time, page accessed, browser and device information). This serves security and stable operation. These logs are deleted after a short period. • When you use the contact form, you send us your name, email, and message. We receive this only by email, in order to reply to your enquiry. No database storage on the website. What we don't do • No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels. • No sharing of your data with third parties for advertising. • No transfer outside the EU/EEA. Who we necessarily work with • Hosting and email providers based in the EU — purely as processors, to deliver the website technically and to transmit your contact enquiry. Your rights You may at any time request access to data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, or object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact us at the address in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in our case the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
